The top louver on my direct vent fireplace had been jammed in backwards by a handyman...not allowing the glass to be removed for cleaning, etc. ... I had two companies tell me "there's nothing we can do"....until American Chimney and Fireplace came out today and removed it within 10 minutes....I want to express my appreciation to Nathan and the other gentleman (sorry but I neglected to get his name)....They both showed professionalism not only with their work but their personalities... I highly recommend this company!

Nathan had come out last week to service our six year old fireplace which would not light when the remote was activated. He said it was the plug that had went bad and told me what I needed to get to fix it. When the plug came in, it still wouldn't work so I called back to let them know it wasn't working. They sent Andrew and his assistant out today to look at it and informed me that it was my electric plug that was not working but we looked at it and came up with an alternative to fix the problem. Andrew and his partner were very, very professional and listened to what I had done from my end on the fixing of it. He went through and double checked all the parts in the fireplace to ensure that the plug was the only problem. Fireplace is working great now thanks to them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a repair or buying a new fireplace for their existing or new home. I design homes and will recommend this company to all my clients to use them for their remodel or new home build.

Nathan and Sean came out this week to service and repair our gas fireplace. They were very respectful of our home to make sure they did not track in anything that may have been on their shoes, they also placed a large tarp on my living room floor to protect my carpet and floor. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable about the issues we were having and very quickly diagnosed the problem then repaired. He also correctly placed our logs which were not properly positioned and explained what he was doing in a manner that was understandable. Both Sean and Nathan were engaging, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and I felt perfectly comfortable having them in my home! They did a great job and I would highly recommend the company! Phillip and Joe were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I have used All American before and found them to be the best. My oldest stone chimney was built in 1790. If you want it done right call them. You will be glad you did.
